Here's the way they do it in Milwaukee.... First, Bribe a Tow Truck driver, the trucks that have a tilt bed that they can tilt down to the base of the ATM. Use the tip of the bed to brace the base of the ATM and then use the winch cable to go around the top of the safe (about halfway up from the total height of the ATM). Use the tip of the bed as a fulcrum and pull the ATM out of the concrete anchors (only works half the time). Pull the ATM onto the truck bed, tilt it up and drive away. Then hope you can trust the tow truck driver to not give you away, meaning you need to bribe him a bunch! Hint: An absolutely full drive-up name-brand bank ATM can hold about $300k You didn't hear this from me! Ha! Hint 2: There's at least 3 cameras looking at you the whole time... chances of totally getting away with it are slim.
