vincen47 Posted Wednesday at 04:42 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:42 PM Simply stunning! Even screen on the window!
Rob Hall Posted Wednesday at 04:46 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:46 PM Wow...just found this thread. I love older Winnebagos. Incredible work.
mikemodeler Posted Wednesday at 05:14 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:14 PM Awesome work Tom, incredible detailing. Brings back memories of my childhood and the trips we took in our Winnebago. Our layout was a bit different but you have captured the essence of a 70's Winnebago perfectly!
NOBLNG Posted Wednesday at 05:38 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:38 PM Incredible detailing on that interior man!👍
Rob Hall Posted Wednesday at 06:17 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:17 PM The interior layout reminds me of the '78 Southwind 28 ft we had--it was our first Class A motorhome my folks had when I was growing up...it replaced a '73 Mobile Traveler 21 ft Class C that had a Dodge Sportsman van cab. The '73 was a 318, the '78 a 440. My folks next motorhome was an '86 Winnebago Chieftain 33ft Class A (same style that was modified in 'Spaceballs').
stavanzer Posted Thursday at 02:48 AM Posted Thursday at 02:48 AM I sold Motorhomes and Trailers in the 1990's. I can smell that Winnie from here. You have nailed the look & feel of those babies to perfection. Outstanding work!
meechum68 Posted Thursday at 02:53 AM Posted Thursday at 02:53 AM Amazing... I can smell the cigarette smoke, and old bacon grease! Incredible!!
