Warren D Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 (edited) Calling this one done. AMT Autocar Dump kit with AITM Brockway 361 cab, hood, tanks, wheels and tires. Paint is Testors Aztek Pearl metallic blue, silver blue is custom blend of the blue pearl and silver pearl. Dump body is Pollyscale silver. I have yet to get the metallic pearls to photograph well. I added exhaust exits to the back of the dump box as I remembered growing up. Edited February 10, 2022 by Warren D 1
1959scudetto Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 (edited) Very nice model, Warren - with these big wheels it dwarfs the Autocr dumper - a really tough, mean-looking machine ! Edited February 10, 2022 by 1959scudetto
Doug 1061 Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 That came out nice. Love the colors, something different from the usual red/black/ orange/yellow. Well done.
Dutzie Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 That looks great. I really like the trucks. The colors go great together.
Mopar - D Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 Awesome build Warren enjoyed following your WIP on this one.
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 That is a beast!! Those big tires really make this truck! I really like the colors as well! Looks awesome! Excellent work!!
Warren D Posted February 16, 2022 Author Posted February 16, 2022 Thanks everyone, I'm happy with the way it came out.
tbill Posted February 18, 2022 Posted February 18, 2022 That’s a brawny beauty, the tires really make it, well done!
doorsovdoon Posted March 10, 2022 Posted March 10, 2022 One tough looking truck! I like the colour combo.
rekcirb13 Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Warren, this is one beautiful rig!! Great job! I worked for Brockway when I first got out of the service. The 361 was my all-time favorite Brock! I delivered many Brocks back in the day!
rekcirb13 Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Fantastic job on this Brock 361!! I delivered many Brockways when I worked for the Brockway branch in Boston many years ago. The 361's were always my favorites! Bob
