Neurodiversity is just more captain-obvious gibberish being thrown around by the kind of folks who want to take credit for recognizing that not everyone processes information exactly the same way, and that people with "cognitive disorders" or other atypical brain functions (autism, Tourette's syndrome, etc.) shouldn't be stigmatized , but anyone who isn't brain-dead and has been paying attention to reality has probably realized that on their own; on the other hand (for instance) about 10% of the population do not have sufficient intellectual ability to be trained to perform any useful function in the military, and while that level of cognitive disability should not be made fun of (just like you wouldn't make fun of someone who was deaf or blind), it IS reality and should be recognized as such.
