Job satisfaction comes from doing challenging work you're good at and enjoy, to the best of your ability...and getting paid well for it helps.

helps me to keep from taking unnecessary and dangerous risks when I get in a hurry, this rule does: "Safety First" is our predominant operating principle at work.

Work can be safely accomplished, but the majority of accidents occur during reactive repairs due to equipment failures, which is why companies need to have robust preventive maintenance programs, moving the needle to 75 % proactive and 25% reactive where a lot of companies are exactly the opposite!

"World domination" always seemed to be the goal of villains in the Bond movies, but there are real megalomaniacs with a lot of entrenched power out there now who make Bond villains seem like naughty little kids...and I don't mean these guys.

Tire gauge that I used to check the cars tire pressure read 35 psi but the cars computer reads them at 47 psi, so I rechecked the pressure with another gauge and it read a different psi, almost the same scenario we had at work when buying levels, few matched up with each other's bubble.

Colors that would belong on Easter eggs and itchy tweed interiors never did much for me on street rods when they were popular.
