I love this kit, built both the Lincoln and the T-Bird. The Lincoln ended up with one my first decent spray paint job, and it still sits on my shelf all these years later. The 'bird got torn apart for the pro street goodies.

Your color combo is looking sharp.

Here's a pic of the Matt Hay 'bird to show why the distributor is at a right angle. It wants to live right where the intake tubes from the blowers go.

Yea both kits are very cool, and do have a lot of pro street parts you can use to build other cars.I picked up this sealed kit a car show/swap meet over the summer for $20.Still not sure if i’m gonna open, and build it,or just leave it sealed

I think I have this somewhere in the stash. I'll build it someday

Lots of progress made to the interior and the roll cage. I won't lie, gold is not my favorite color ESPECIALLY on cars. I think it makes them look cheap but in this case it just seemed to be the right choice. I figure the gold of the roll bar coming through the windows will offset the exterior color of the car nicely.

I also got the rear tires assembled. The rims can only go in one way on this kit which turned out to be a bit of an issue because both tires were warped on the outside facing side.  A little work with the heat gun got it sorted out... kinda.

Looks great.I actually owned two MK 7 LSCs.An 84,and an 88.Great cars, except for the tricky airbag suspension.I wish i never sold them.

I also owned (leased) several Mk VII LSC's....an '85 (dark blue metallic), a '90 (ice blue metallic), and a '92 (dark red metallic).  Liked them all....a lot.

The '90 is probably one of my two or three all-time favorite cars.  I also had 2 Mk VIII's (a '93 and a '98 LSC)....did not like them as well.  Somehow the magic was gone....

Moving forward on the LSC Pro-Street build, we installed the engine and finished off all the extras

Lets take a step back a bit. I forget to post once of the hardest if not the fiddliest parts of the build,. The wheelie bars It would have been easy if I had four hands. Alone the parts kept falling apart but once I was able to get them all in place and bent (Yes bent, You have to bend two of the parts) it all held together.

Here is what I was talking about earlier. 1 - Is the part and it hangs over the rear axle. 2 - Is how the part needs to be bent inward and mounted to the back side of the pumpkin.

Lets take a step back a bit. To do that we are going to enlist the help of Mr Peabody and Sherman and their way back machine. Thank you, Mr Peabody for your help
