1964 Ford Mustang - 2JZ swapped madness

Finished in October 2021. Built from Revell/Monogram Ford Mustang Shelby Hertz GT350. Lots of customization done here, ranging from new suspensions, exhaust, 2JZ swap, too much to list!

Exterior is Rustoluem Metallic Grey, cleared with Pledge.

Interesting idea on the engine swap. You know that some of the Mustang faithful may take exception. Great looking body work and paint finish. Don't know if you ever watch Roadkill on TV, but they did much the same thing in a Charger. They turned it into an animal on the road course.

Nice build and while I am not a fan of the engine swap it is just a model.  The rear spoiler looks strange but then again I’m just not used to seeing one on any 65-68 Mustang.  Now I know how the Ford hot rod fans feel when someone puts a Chevy small block in their car. ?

Good looking Mustang !  I have to agree with Rex about the spoiler.  Don't hate it but the car would be much cleaner without it IMO.

Nice job, clean and an interesting build to say the least. I drove a turbo Supra once, and these engines are stout. That car would haul.
