Working on my Prius. Realizing how messy the bench is, I look behind me to see if I have room and find a cluster of models from the last show.

So, what's behind you?

Here's my cluster:

Finished & too many projects to finish1667071792080968191103642603255.thumb.jpg.7f8a037c51835e3cd919f9d601cf9250.jpg

What's behind me eh?

Too big to get into one shot. The shelf is 2 high, 6 feet long.

And there is a 2 high 3 footer on the other wall Im not showing. Plus kits on the floor.

You get the idea.It gets tight in here.

Cool projects, my favorites are the Hilux pickup, the Jeepster above it and the 65 Chevelle annual in the background!

What's behind me is a wall. I don't look behind me, I'm always looking forward to what I can work on next! ?

I work out of an old roll top desk I have had for many years. When I do a 180, I have my computer desk and a small file cabinet. Keep everything else in another room in the basement along with my paints and spray booth.

Let's try this one more time with a different camera.

Surrounded by projects and having fun at the bench!

Yes Sir, I will admit to that!  And if I am a bit slow to get there during 40% off week my bride of near on 54 years will tell me to "get a move on" so WE can see what's on the shelf. Pretty neat, eh?

That's a pretty sweet arrangement you what got there I must say.

My wife has become much more supportive of my addiction than she used to be... so I'm getting there.

When I finally get my desk finished it will face the wall on the right that you can't see so all my shelves will be behind me. Each shelf is on casters so I can pull it out and spin it around to see what's on it.

Not a current picture, but pretty close. The area to the right is usually and currently covered with works in progress and I have a portable table in the middle for overflow.

A disaster of a room... it's usually very neat, but its been about 3 months of crazy around here but today is the day it gets back in shape.

Tiger stripe Charvel...nice!

Les Paul guitars too!  I have owned six of them over the years, however, my go to guitar is a Fat Telecaster with the 5-way switch. Much lighter weight and I REALLY like the sound and playability.

By the way guy, aren't there supposed to be model kits or something like that in your photo?

Only thing that sits behind me in my hobby room is a 92 inch wall with 6x 72 inch shelves full of LEGOS no need for a pic lol.
