bbowser
My opinion this was a complete joke. The Clash used to be a showcase of speed from the previous year pole sitters, now its a slow-motion demolition derby. 1/4 mile tracks and heat races belong at your local short track. What does everyone think?
10camaross
I found it was a great race, always seemed boring with just 20 cars on such a big track at Daytona, lots of door to door action at the coliseum!
niteowl7710
Show me the exciting and/or interesting Busch Clash from Daytona. I'm sure there probably was one I don't recall, but it was just a dozen and half guys playing follow the leader trying not to tear up a Super Speedway car. THarrison351
When they were racing, it was great. When they were overdriving and intentionally causing cars in front of them to spin or wreck it was poor sportsmanship. NASCAR should have reviewed the incident penalized the aggressor and sent them to rear and returned the ones spun to their position. If someone was only knocked out of line, that's racing. mikemodeler
NASCAR has become as predictable as WWE and half the ball sports. I got tired of the way too long yellow laps last night and watched Highway Thru H3ll instead.
Brian Austin
The actual race was fun to watch, the music performances not so much. This style of racing is a fun change of pace from the other tracks.

I think that if NASCAR is going to run a short track race, they should use short track rules.
Horrorshow
Remember when the “Clash” was for pole winners from the previous year only and was 20 laps?
OldTrucker
I stopped following Nascar when the playoffs started.

Brian Austin
I think my late mother was the bigger NASCAR fan in my family. I still have a few VHS cassettes with races taped of TV. I was always more interested in archival film footage of old races. 🙂
