Latest build. Monogram 1958 Thunderbird. I had to glue the doors shut because I broke a hinge on each one. No painting except for the chrome highlights. Doors are glued shut because I broke a hinge on each door. Tried to fix them but couldn't.

Thank you Samuel and Andreas. I can't take credit for the color or shine. It's the colors the plastic the kit is made of. Green and black. I used the chrome pen and a coat of Pledge Revive It on it. Revive It does a nice job with colored plastics.

Yours looks really nice too Phillip. I have one molded in Turquoise and black still in the stash.

That's a great looking bird. If you haven't said it wasn't painted, I wouldn't have guess it wasn't. Beautiful build, I wish they re -issue it , providing the molds still exist.

Every now and then you can get lucky with a kit done in colored plastic, and the color looks good. The chrome trim really makes this standout.
