Got this kit with a box of stuff. Missing dash so I made one for it. Not the best. Had a hard time with the tiny stuff because of Raynaud’s. So it’s not really clean. It is what it is. Lol

Gorgeous Merc!

I recently did the Monogram 1936 540K Coupe. Went together like magic- sometimes we need a reminder of how well engineered these old Monograms were.

Thank you Fantom, Garry, Dan, Jeff, James, Larry, Jeremy. and Don. Jeff and Don. That's the color of the plastic. With a coat of Pledge Revive It on it! Makes colored plastics pop if its good colored plastic.  And if you brush it over everything after you're done. It helps keep the itty bitty parts stay on afterwards. And if you don't like it. Just wash it off. As good as a regular clear coat. No. But it's still not bad. Now I don't think it will fit in my wall display as it looks too long.

It fits!

Super nice job David!?? I have one of these, but the hood didn’t fit nicely, and I warped the heck out of it trying to fix it.? yours makes me want to dig it out again.

I'd say everything worked out for ya on this one that came along with the box of stuff.  Looks pretty nice through my eyes.
