Well after 5 months on and off this build I finally (thank goodness) finished this.

Createx paints, gold base overcoated with transparent pearl red.  Jay's resin wheels and tires.

So here's a few pics.

That's all folks....sorry for the different size pic, I just can't get the hang of resizing so their all the same.  Also a note about the picture quality. The camera on new Samsung Galaxy S23-plus sucks in my opinion.  If anyone has one and it takes clear pics I'd like to here from you.

THANKS FOR LOOKING

Beautiful looking paint finish and color. The equipment looks like a track ready SCCA weekend warrior. Like the "Daisy" style American wheels.

Hi there David.  Yes, the paint went on pretty nicely and did require a bit of compounding and polishing. Unfortunately the true color doesn't show in the pictures. It has a nice pearlescent look to it. Yeah, I like the Daisy's. It's what I had on the first TA I bought back in '79.

Thanks for the kind words.

That's a great looking Camaro, Mike! Well done!

Thank you Steve, Lee, Garry, David and Craig.  I feel like my overall skills have deteriorated a bit with my advanced age but I am pretty much happy with results on this one.

Thanks again everyone.

a real little gem you've got there Mike. The red/black Combo never gets old on these cars. Beautiful job on the interior. Your pics are not bad, I've seen a lot worse with better equipment. Whenever I take photos of my models I takes me a whole day to set things up, take the actual photos and then choose the best ones, crop them to size. even then The result is not always good. I am just an amateur photographer but the fun is definitely there. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice Camaro Mike. Especially like the interior and chassis. Love the headers and chambered exhaust.

Thanks Nick....the headers and chambered exhaust are little gems that come in the Z28 kit.

Thanks for the kind words Mario.  Oh yeah, red/black works everytime in either combo.

What you do with the pictures is pretty much what I do.  But the camera on this new phone just doesn't take good pictures with indoor light.  I would have taken them outside but I'm recovering from a surgery and can't go out to do it.

Thanks again....and btw, I'm  always impressed with your builds.
