I have. No issues. I tend to use HobbyLinc Japan more often just because of their "Private Warehouse" option. I have a number of friends who have used the site that you listed with no problems.

Yes, I have ordered from Hobby Search (1999.co.jp) and from Hobby Link Japan without problems.  They can be a bit different to deal with than typical American online vendors, but they are perfectly reliable and safe to deal with.

Same as above, no problems and have had better luck finding hard to find stuff through both Hobby Search & HLJ.

I just received an order from them today. Very fast shipping and good service. I'm not going to lie though, the first time I saw the website I had my doubts.

They're not as intuitive or as easy to shop as HLJ, which is oriented more toward Western customers, but I've ordered from Hobby Search a lot (as well as reviewing instructions and sprue pics for potential purchases) and never had a problem. I've gotten some screaming deals from them.

one thing to note, sometimes you dont get a confirmation when it gets posted and they may wait until the next day before they request payment. the info they do send you can be kinda confusing (see my using 1999.com post) but the prices are a little lower than hlj and i find delivery is about a week faster. When you do a search be sure to click exclude sold out or you'll get every item they have ever sold.
