My son and I picked this kit up in the early 2000s. I started tinkering with it in 2017 Just finished it up. Paint is rustoleum rubbed out. I wiped out the two top scrips so replaced them with some photo etch. Engine is wired. Tires are amt good years. Had a heck of a time with the stripes. Put it in a case and gave it him to sit in his house or garage.

The hood was warped and didn't really notice it until it was finished.

Great looking Z-28. Those kit decals are hard to get to lay down around the cowl induction hood, to many changes in the surface. Like the wheel and tire combination along with the stance.
