Thank's Greg.  I'll take your word for it....I'm just not seeing it.

I like it also Bob.

Well....that's 3 out of 3 that like it.  Maybe it'll look better to me once I start putting it together.  ?

I pulled the body out of the Dehydrator this morning and did a little mock-up.  The chrome wheels really helped tone down all that green.

I got a little more painting done yesterday but It's pouring down rain today so I'm held up again.  I got the La Salle grille installed and got a little black wash on it, headlights have been assemble along with the radiator hoses painted rubber black.  I got some of the engine painted and assemble plus and after market distributor.  Running boards have been painted rubber black and installed.  The bumpers were held on the tree on the bottom side so I will not have to re-chrome them.

You know I'm betting on YOU to bring that build to life. You got a way with those stubborn builds. This will end up being very cool looking is my bet.

Thank's for the kind words Dan.  I now have an issue that was my fault and I don't know if I can recover from this one.  I may have pulled the last rabbit out of my hat. It has to do with paint.

I like the color..

What is the issue?

Thanks.  Well...I decided to paint the package tray in the back yesterday morning and I had to run the paint brush through the front where the windshield goes.  Not even thinking about the top piece being glued on the paint started leaking out in the crack and made a mess.  I was able to get most of it off with cutting compound but I'm not sure if I can get the rest out or not.

I have two ideas that might work. Weather it to look like a   barn find or fashion a car cover from a napkin that's been folded up to take it out from a drive. Drape the cover over the seam. Just a thought.

Two good idea's Bob.  I think I'll just show it as is.  I like to show the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
