You’ve got a lot of nice projects Started Terry…now grab one and drag it across the finish line.? I vote for the Up in Smoke ‘64 Chevy.?

A lot of great ideas. The last one of the CHP Chrysler reminds me of an expensive ticket I got years ago. The Cadillac wagon or Hearse? looks interesting. I did a '56 Chevy Sedan Delivery a few years ago and it is a favorite. The '64 Impala could be a Chech & Chong special. The '64 Galaxie could run NASCAR or the streets. The Charger is showing its attitude.

Ahhh, the "Up In Smoke" lowrider! ???? Also, I'm digging the "Longmire" pickup.

BTW...is that a short bed, non-stepside 70's Dodge sitting in the background in the 2nd pic?

Gypsy Rose ( colloq. , "Up In Smoke" Impala ) in its unfinished, as-featured appearance = sweetness !

I'm surprised at the 4 door CHP 1962 Chrysler Newport Enforcer - that must've been the year that the CHP started using 4 door units, no ? Don't forget the white steering wheel !

Jesse Valadez Sr. finished the 3rd (and final) version of the "Gypsy Rose" in 1974, and the "Love Machine" for Up In Smoke was slammed together by the movie's production crew in April/May of 1977. They are not the same car. Unless there is something I'm missing, those are two different vehicles.

Is that a "Longmire" Pickup Truck? I'd like to see that finished.

I've got a Monogram 1980 Bronco, and a set of Best Resins custom Lic Plates for a "Longmire" inspired Bronco Build.

I really Like the "Car 54" too.

I stand corrected. Urban legend for years ( I grew up none too far from East L.A. ) was that the Love Machine was "The Gypsy Rose under construction..."

Of course, that seemed to make sense : another G.R. being built in the late 1970's didn't seem - to us - a far fetched idea.

Until today, I never bothered to research my now-archaic-and-incorrect info.

Yeah, like you said, Too many squirrels running around in your head.  I'd loose track of what I'm working on.  Nice looking projects though.

Is the '64 Ford body a resin item? I want one... I have a Ned Jarrett stock car vision being chased by the squirrels in MY head....

I think it's called Adult Model Building Attention Deficit Disorder. At last count I have 49 kits ranging from wheel/tire/color choice all the way up to "Oh, this one is almost done"

“AMBADD” now I know what I have. Terry if at the bench you’re having fun regardless of the outcome, rock on with those wonderful ideas. The Cadillac is the one I lust for ?

Thanks, that's cool. I love the look.

I'm guessing the only way to get a Sweptline shortbed now is to modify the bed in MPC's '78 Dodge D100 kit.

In the books, Walt Longmire drives a Ford pickup called the Silver Bullet. Craig Johnson told me that the truck would have been an F-250 with a club cab, so... This is as close as I could get.
