G'day all, here is my old Monogram 56 Chevy I built several decades ago and recently dismantled for a quick refresh. I also gave it a lower stance. Thanks for looking and all comments are welcome and appreciated.

That looks so much better sitting nice ‘n low David. I tell ya, that box art takes me back, I remember building that one back in my early teens. ??

Thanks Stu, I like to do these refresh builds, for me it's therapeutic.

Very nice rebuild, really like the color combination. However, being an old-school car nut, I liked the rake on the original build. Reminds me of my first car - a '56 150 Sedan with 6 cylinder and three on the tree. Mine was black and white, but I built a set of shackles and raised the rear a couple of inches, that was what we did in the late '60's.

I get where your coming from Ricky, like the 55 Chevy in 'American Graffiti '.
