Perspect Scale Modelworks Posted September 2, 2024 Posted September 2, 2024 I printed another Andrey Bezrodny 1973 Olds Cutlass Supreme. This time painted in Scalefinishes' Olds Wedgewood Blue and Zombie Blue interior. I added emblems to the front fenders, B pillar, trunk, dash, and door panels using 3d Builder. The side mirrors are printed from the ditomaso147 file and the tires are from Modelhaus Tires. Thanks for looking and let me know what you think. Also, check out the reel on my IG page. 12

STU111 Posted September 2, 2024 Posted September 2, 2024 Beautifully done. I particularly like the detail in the wheels, ( l struggle a bit with that aspect of detailing model cars ). Top stuff. ?? 1

atomicholiday Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 Absolutely gorgeous! Are the windows printed or vacuum formed? After seeing your other build, I bought a few of his designs too. Great stuff.? 1

Fortunately the file allowed me to seperate the center cap from the wheel, making it easier to paint and detail the wheels.

After seeing your other build, I bought a few of his designs too. Great stuff.? Oh wow Jeremy, thanks and I'm glad I could be a source of inspiration. The windows are cut from clear styrene sheet. I made templates with masking tape and installed using 1 mm cellphone repair tape, a tip I picked up from Stitchdup here on the forum. Most of Bezrodny's files are really good. The '70 Cadillacs have some proportion issues on the hood and grill, and on the convertible, the leading edge of the tail fin starts too far back. I have his '83 Fleetwood on the bench now. Where the hood meets the windshield is flat. I'm still trying to figure out if I should correct it or let it go as is. Thanks again. 1
