My wife gave this to me on Father's day. Simple model, so happy they brought it back to life. I have the convertible to build as well, hopefully next year. Tamiya dark blue and pearl light blue. I added a tach for the console and a oil filler to the engine. Modified the optional shifter to look like the stock one. Also, I added blackened hardware store screws. The emblem decals have no silver to them, so be aware. Fun build overall. Thanks for looking!

Super clean build! I really like the black on blue color scheme. ?

Also, that display piece in the first two pics is cool.

Absolutely beautiful! Very clean and I love the color combination. I’ve always liked the Cutlass best out of the 64 GM A bodies. This brings back memories as I had a 65 Impala in this color scheme, back in the late 70’s. It had whitewall tires but had a very thin red pin stripe on the mid body line.

Very sharp build, crisp as new money.  The color combo is a great choice, it was not uncommon in the day to choose the light blue as the neutral color vs. a tan or parchment.

This really shows the potential of the kit!

Great color combination with the smooth dark blue body and the bright blue interior. Clean looking body trim.

Thank you! The color is actually dark blue, but it photographs black. The wedge came with a NASCAR diecast as a bonus several years ago. It makes a neat photo angle.

Thanks! When I was looking for inspiration, I found one in one similar to this, but it's metallic. The color is midnight mist iridescent.
