1st 700 Quad Posted Wednesday at 11:08 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:08 PM What kits besides the AMT 53 Ford P/U and the AMT 34 Ford P/U contain hand tools. I'm filling a tool box and am looking for hand tools with which to do that.
Fat Brian Posted Wednesday at 11:15 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:15 PM I'm pretty sure the 49 Mercury has some tools in it. 2
Mark Posted Wednesday at 11:16 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:16 PM MPC '72 Chevy ramp truck has some. Revell '53/'54 Chevy (sedan delivery and sedan, NOT the '53 hardtop) has a few. 1
stitchdup Posted Wednesday at 11:16 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:16 PM the fujimi garage sets have a decent sprue of tools and clutter. I think the amt garage kit does too
sidcharles Posted Wednesday at 11:53 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:53 PM there are also model & photo etch companies which make hand tools. some are 1:35 scale and acceptable for top tray or drawer tools. the 1:24 kits will be a more dependable fit. i guess which and how much creativity you are willing to contribute. tools* 1:24 - Scale Modeling Search workshop tools and machines tools** 1:35 - Scale Modeling Search
Ulf Posted Thursday at 10:17 AM Posted Thursday at 10:17 AM (edited) Revell 54 Chevrolet, MPC's CJ5 Jeep has axe and shovel, the shovel is very nice but the axe is gigantic. Edited Thursday at 10:20 AM by Ulf
Oldriginal86 Posted yesterday at 12:05 AM Posted yesterday at 12:05 AM AMT Chevy Nova wagon has a torque wrench as well other various hand tools.

Bugatti Fan Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Kit Form Services is a UK company that sells transkits for truck modellers. They have photo etched tool kits in 1/24th scale. Another thing they have is very good decal sheets for pin striping that includes 90 degree corners and radii.
Big Messer Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Of all places I found some ladies tendrils at Hobby Lobby with some tools suitable for 1/24. Will try to get a pic tomorrow. There is/was a detail set for trucks by Italeri (#764) that has some. Edited 1 hour ago by Big Messer
