Painted with MCW Nassau Blue metallic enamel, no clear coat. I thought it was close enough to the factory correct Marina Blue paint for that year. Went with the blue interior which I used tamiya acrylics for and the white side stripe decals on the body.  IMO this is one of AMTs better offerings it went together exceptionally well I had zero fitment issues, I believe it’s an old Lindberg mold. Thanks for looking 😁

Working on the other version of this kit right now.  My friend got it for me a few Christmases ago and I have been trying to find the Revell emblem decals for it for years.  Started my build over the weekend.  My problem is that the kit is a pro street/drag build.

This came out great.  Hope mine looks this good by the time I'm done.

Great looking build! Are the wheels on your build straight from the kit or did you source those wheels elsewhere? They look excellent!

Thank you! The wheels are straight from the kit I just black washed them

Nice work, I'm really digging the color. Blue on blue is never a bad way to go.

You might be thinking of the AMT '66 Chevelle, which is the old Lindberg kit. Their '67 was a new tool, from late 1989 or early 1990 IIRC. The Revell '67 Chevelle was around at the same time, too!

You know what you are absolutely correct it was the 66 chevelle which was the Lindberg kit! I also have the Revell 67 in my stash id love to do in a butternut yellow maybe. 🤔

Super nice looking '67 Shawn.  Beautiful paint and no clear??

Thanks Mike, no clear and I didn’t even polish it ! Just sprayed 2 wet coats of MCW enamel and put in the dehydrator for a few days.

Beautiful paint finish and this shade of blue was very popular at that time. Like the matching interior color.
