Hi everyone. Last night my family and I suffered a terrible tradgedy. My Dad, Jim, passed away at the age of 50. He was a loving father, son, husband, and friend. He was a lifetime trucker, and while I was used to him being gone alot, there is no comfort to be found in this. He was in perfect health, his only ailment being he was a borderline diabetic. He suffered a massive heart attack and passed instantly depite efforts by my Mom and I performing CPR. He was my best friend, and my life will never be the same. I feel the worst for my brother, since Dad didn't get to see him get his drivers license or graduate high school, both of which he was there for me. All I ask isfor your deepest prayers for me and my family and friends as we work through this terrible tragedy.

I know your pain and hurt brother. The good Lord has His reasons and we do not always understand.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.

I feel your pain. My father also passed at 50 (from cancer). That was 6 years ago this November. You and your family are in my prayers. Hang in there, it does get a little easier.

Oh, man, I feel for your family's loss, and for you too. That's how my father died in 1997. A massive coronary brought on by a blood clot. Sorry to hear it, and my thoughts are with you.

Casey.... I am so sorry to hear this. My Condolence goes out to you and your family. You and your family will be in my prayers. I have been in your shoes of having to go thru this with 2 of my grandparents that I loved Dearly. God has a plan that we don't always understand the reasons for things. Time will help you heal and focus on all of the good memories that you had with your dad. I know that helped me with my grandparents.....

This is really sad and you and your family are in my prayers. Find strength in the fact that you are able to reach out and share this time of grief with your friends here on this forum.

Lost my dad back in 92...hurt like hell. I always keep him close to my heart and time does help to lessen that pain. Prayers to you and your family Casey.
