Wow! That looks great! Nice smooth paint and body work and I love the grille. If it were mine I would put some wheel covers and lakes pipes on it. But it still looks great just like it is.

Thanks guys!! I started this build way back in 1987 and then it was packed away where it stayed until Nov. of 08 when I came across the boxes that had my old models in and I got the bug again to start building again!! Anyways again thanks for the replies and now I have to go the the Good Guys show!! :D Day 2 of another long day having to looking at a much of old cars!!!! :o;):D

That's looking nice! I love classic Chevys and old school cars. This one is so smooth and paintjob is very nice. Engine is nice too is it from Revell's '58 Impala?

Looking real good. But what happened to "MOPAR or no car"?

Well that is only for real cars!! ;) And remember I started building this one some 20 plus years ago and was before I knew any better............ :o;):P

No I used parts from the '57's 409 and the intake came from '62 Bel Air and the Air cleaner is from the '55 Chevy stepside truck.

Marty, I'm a truck guy, I'm a firebird guy, I normally dispise custom vehicles, but this one I can't keep my eyes off of, It's so cool, I hope you don't mind but I'm thinking of doing something similar on a '50 Chevy truck. but In Red. Or orange.

Ooh, I like that front grill. Great job all around. The color is very interesting.

I didn't like the way the chrome was looking on the grill so I took it apart and stripped it and put some Alcad on it and I took some better photos of it.
