TheCat
Here's my first attempt on building a Rat Rod. I think it came out ok. It's one of the AMT's 1925 Ford Model T 2 kits in one box. I built this for my local Car Model club Contest. Edited March 28, 2011 by TheCat

charlie8575
Not really my taste in subject matter, but beautifully executed. I'm with Skip- more pictures would be very appreciated. Charlie Larkin

george 53
Felix, it looks REAL nice, in fact, kinda too nice ta be a ratrod! It looks like a ol hot rod that was found inna barn. It just ain't QUITE ratty enough. Personally I like it!.

TheCat
Per popular demand... Here's some more pics of the Rat Rod. Normally I'm more into Muscle Cars, Imports, Sports Car and Classics. But I wanted to do something a little different and did this first attempt on a Rat Rod.

george 53
These pics show it to a much better advantage. I still looks too clean to me. i LOVE the rust detailing an fadeing, but it doesn't LOOK all sloppily welded, with micselanious junk just welded all over it. I think it's a REAL hot rod, and not a cartoon car. I like it. Rat rod or not.

TheCat
My little Rat Rod won first place in my Local Car Model Club this past week. I was very surprised and honored. The members in my club are very talented and do awesome builds so winning first places lets me know that I'm getting better on my builds. Here's the trophy. shatteredsoul76
Im digging this one, also congrats on the trophy. The only way it could have been better was if the chrome was dulled out a bit to make it look older, but thats only my opinion and she looks great none the less!
