Well there were various reasons for the three previous wives. I'm seriously happy with the current MrsG and I fully believe everything else led me to her.

Now if I could just find a car that I like as much as my Lincoln.........

G

You are a lucky man ;)

And I have to say, most days, I feel the same way

A Fusion sort-of wagon? I wish they'd get on the ball and start selling those here. I've seen pictures of the new European Fusion (Mondeo) wagon- gorgeous car.

I've told every Ford dealer I've been near- start bringing those over, and you'll probably have two sold- one to me, and one to my dad.

We just bought this one, a '87 Chevy Van with 6,2 Liter Diesel engine. It's pretty nice and clean and we'll use it as a Race Car Hauler and in December when I get my driver's license it'll be my daily driver...

Nice van, I learned to drive on one from that model year that had the regular bench seats in the back and normal side windows!

Your Ranger, Explorer, and screen name look familiar Mark. Are you also on RC Crawler? I go by the screen name BJoe over there.

Sorry to say, but I drive one of the most boring cars in the world. A great car. But, boring. I drive a 2000 Buick LeSabre Custom 4-door sedan with just under 110,000 miles on it. It still looks pretty good. Some rust is just starting to show. One of the most reliable vehicles I've ever own. Decent gas mileage. 23 mpg in town. 30 mpg on the highway. I've got very little to complain about. It's dark green with gray cloth. Nothing fancy. Just boring and nice.

Here’s my 2014 Chevy Impala LT2 V-6 which I bought in December 2013. It replaced my 1999 Honda Civic HX coupe which was my daily driver for 14 years. The Honda’s transmission failed and the cost of repairs was more than the car was worth so it was time for a new car. I really liked the 2014 Impala when it came out and it also received many good reviews so I bought one. The 2014 Impala is an excellent car. It has plenty of power and a great ride. It’s good to see Chevy make an exciting Impala again.

Here’s my 1964 Impala parked next to my 2014 Impala. I'm hoping to have the 1964 Impala restored within the next two years. The 1964 Impala has a 230 cubic inch inline six engine with a 3-speed manual transmission. Now I have two six-cylinder Impalas 50 years apart in design time.

I do like the looks of these new Impalas, especially in darker colors. I hear GM's 3.6l V-6 is a pretty healthy little engine too ;)

The 305 hp V-6 gives the car good acceleration. It's especially nice to have that power when getting on the freeway or driving on mountain roads. That's why I choose the V-6 over the 190 hp 4 cylinder Impala.

Those are a couple of the reasons I bought a Chrysler 200 with the Pentastar V-6 too, the car should weigh just under 3600 pounds for the Touring like I have and the version of that V-6 in my car makes 283hp vs the same car with the 170hp 4 cyl. (although that does weight closer to 3400lbs).
