GeeBee
Wonder how that would handle US or EuroNCAP crash tests, even in improved form.......... There was a t.v programme over here on the Tata factory, the nano won't meet EU regulations, so it won't be sold here ....

Rob McKee
There is a saying I haven't heard in many years. I wonder when Revell will release the California Wheels version of the Tata. Now that would be bodacious!

Dr. Cranky
The first disposable car. A car designed to finally change cars every six months.
Chuck Most
I find the lack of bodacious tatas in this thread disturbing.

Harry P.
Just what you want to be driving on the Ryan or Eisenhower during rush hour! It's about the same size as a Smart Car. I wouldn't feel safe in one, but some people apparently do.
bigphoto
So I wonder if the seats will keep you erect while riding in the Tata?

signguy2108
Yea and what with safety features, tariffs, and government involvement, time it gets here, it will be $15,000.00 and get 20 mpg!
Guest Johnny
It will come with optional handle so they won't have to even extricate you after the accident. Just attach the handles and bring on the pallbearers.
Harry P.
Yea and what with safety features, tariffs, and government involvement, time it gets here, it will be $15,000.00 and get 20 mpg! The story says that with the addition of all US safety features, etc, the price is expected to triple. But that would still be only $9,000... and it would be the cheapest car sold in the US by several thousand dollars. No doubt about it, price, above all else, is the factor that some people use when car shopping. It's the factor they have to use. Not everyone can afford a "regular" car. I would want no part of it, but there's probably a market for it.
Foxer
I have high hopes for a Las Vegas version of Tata's
