Mauricio Meyer Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 And a Ferrari, may be not very popular, but here it is. Fujimi 1/24
Scale-Master Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 Very nice! Exceptionally clean and crisp.
Casey Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 Other than the too black panel lines, it's beautiful. As Mark said, a very clean build. I assume this is a curbside model?

Mauricio Meyer Posted November 13, 2012 Author Posted November 13, 2012 great build but i have a question how do u get the panel lines like that?? Hi! i re-scribed the panel lines when the body was still in plastic. I made this with a 0.2mm scriber but can be done with the x-acto blade just using it with the side that doesn't have de cutting edge. The hole point is make the panel lines deeper. At the end, when the body is finished i made a black wash to paint the lines, and removed the excess with polishing compound. Thanks for your coments, at the end the 355 was more popular than i'd thougth.
robertw Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 The 355, my favorite Ferrari. I've spent quite a bit of time building both the coupe and the conv right down to cutting open the engine grills and correcting the interior inaccuracies but I'd be proud to have yours sitting beside mine in a display. Love the paint job.
