I built, well I think I more like tried to build the '57 Chevy kit as a kid and it made me want to stay away from Revell kits!!! Nice score and I'd love to some day try and build that kit again!!

I went to the lhs yesterday and got a double dragster tin kit and some extra sanding strips. Today I bought the Ghostbusters Cadillac before and after the post office I picked up the regular version of the double dragster kit.

I picked up a new 1:1 2006 Magnum R/T, one owner, never smoked in, 97,000km (60,000 miles) brand new studded winter tires. Loaded. Will be my new daily driver, as the Camaro is in storage from oct-may, I also picked up 4 Revell Magnum SRT-8 kits on ebay

I almost had a model today On our trip back from the doctor, we like stopping at the Islands for lunch and Hobby Lobby is right behind the restaurant. That's always a good chance to use my 40%off coupon.

The problem came at check out, five plus minutes in line and none of the six people with full carts in front of me had moved, the cashier was waiting for a price check.

I put my stuff down and left. I don't go there often as it's that way more times than not ... not sure I'll ever go back there. WAY too many other places to spend my money.

I feel better now!
