rickcaps55 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 One of the best resin groups around very hi quality work.
drodg Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Their resin looks like plastic! Their quality is second to none. They are one of the best I have bought from!
george 53 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 BUT, they ARE kinda weird. Don't know if it's NATURAL or the fumes from the resin, but basically, they are harmless. No, must not be the fumes, cause they're weird even when they're NOT in the Batcave!
TooOld Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 They have great products . I built their '72 Ranchero last year and it's the nicest resin body I've seen !!
dimaxion Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 Another happy camper here, I have the 65 Mustang fastback and the 70 Mach one, both are great. I wish I'd bought a 65 GTO when they were out. Another Happy Camper here . I have the '65 Mustang and the '70 mach I . Both are great kits . Now for something completely different , I plan on more purchases . I am in communication with Kevin for another upcoming kit . Thanx ..
jeffb Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 glad you like em john, but those are missing links kits!
Ron Hamilton Posted June 29, 2017 Posted June 29, 2017 Last week, I received a '67 Ford XL Hardtop trans kit form Motor City. The quality of the casting is superb, as was the service from Jeff, as.It took one week longer than the anticipated date, but it was well worth it, as Jeff E-Mailed me with the information that they were re-doing the body as the molds were nearly worn out. The casting is as beautiful as the styrene one I sold off a couple of years ago. I did nit take any photos, but go to their site, and the kit breakdown photo is very accurate. You are on you own for chrome plating, which is a plus as it keeps the costs down. I plan to mate mine with an AMT '66 Ford for the chassis, running gear, under hood parts, and other incidentals. It will be quite a while before I get to it, as I have so many builds ahead of it. http://www.motorcityresincasters.com/

Snake45 Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 I'm another satisfied customer. I have their '69 Torino HT and couldn't be happier with it. As others have said, it looks exactly like an original kit part. I'll buy from MCR again!
