Lots of great detail. Nice job on all the weathering, many good stories could come out of this yard. All the grass and weeds look very convincing. I like it very much, nice job.

That looks great !!

You really have that rust look nailed.

How did you do the glass cover ?

Did you start out with a glass case that had a wood base; and then build the diorama in it ?

Nice, Brett. Where did you scavenge that GM X-Frame out of? I can't think of any model that has that fully separate. If not, you did a really nice job separating it from the floors.

thanks guys, I'll have to get a pic of the other side of the mustang as there's a guy lying down under there having being the one undoing eveything.

Jim, a guy in our club is a glazier so we just give him the measurements and he makes it up. He was actually the one who asked me do build this for a public display that our club does annually.

Thanks Charlie, it came from the amt 62 impala as I top sportsmaned that body (under heavy chevies I think). Yea though it took a while to separate and tidy up, a dremel makes it a relatively easy job of it.

I'm not sure if it's an X-frame or not, but Revell's 1964 Impala has one separate. And i absolutely love this dio Brett!

I have to agree with everyone Brett, this is so cool, well executed and insanely well thought out.

Yup, post a pic of the guy under the Mustang as he's doing all the work and not getting any credit. :)
