You can see it has the design and essence of the Corvette, but the actual proportions may be way off. For instance, everything from the rear window backward looks to be widened and elongated. It may be tough to build from kit parts.

That's one of the coolest things I've seen! It's probably harder to build than it looks if you try to duplicate it exactly but it could be the inspiration for a really cool build even if you take a few liberties.

And why haven't we seen any progress pictures yet? :)

Very cool Cant wait to see the results! B)

I'm with Bob- Gramps on this one ! By all means it's buildable . Shoot, some careful measuring should net a decent model. I wouldn't even try to use parts of a Corvette kit . The dimensions would be so far off, it would never be right . No, get the sheet plastic out , a can of Bondo and have at it !

Looks very doable to me, though you might want to work with one of the large-scale Corvette kits.

Marine-grade Corvette engines were provided as inboard power by Mercury Marine for a number of boat brands like Sea Ray, and Malibu Boats produced the Malibu Corvette for several years.

Looks like a mid-engine hull so the Hemi Hydro would sure be a good foundation. Might have to fabricate the top deck but I'll bet you could glean a lot of plastic shaping tips from member Kennb and his scratch build threads.

That is what I have is a Hemi hydro

One thing I think that boat is 27' I could make mine scaled to 19-20 and the vet kit would work

I'll look into it tonight
