665@213 Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 (edited) How bout these?? Edited December 12, 2013 by 665@213
mustang1989 Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 (edited) This stuff is cool!!! You can build the hek out of this stuff, make a car/truck look just like you want it and not even come close to what you would have spent on the real thing!!! Been there/ done that!! Good looking models Jeremiah!!! Edited December 12, 2013 by mustang1989
mikelo Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 I had fun making this one. I forced some perspective by putting a 1/43 scale Mustang right behind the main ones. Here is the old Testors kit. Mike
Guest Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Not the best angle. But, I've always thought this photo was pretty convincing.
doctor phillips Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 For all those who posted photos & to those who will post.... EXCELLENT WORK!!! Very, very impressive!!!
gasser59 Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 (edited) There are some really great builds here. I can't let you guys have all the fun. Here's a few of mine. Carny Truck Carny Truck Interior Fiat Altered Let's keep this thread going. I'm sure there's more you guys can post. Edited December 12, 2013 by gasser59
mustang1989 Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 WOW Brad!!!!!! WOW!! I'm a sucker for detail and you've more than got that covered!!
gasser59 Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Thanks Joe and Ray. I had such a great time building the carny truck. I have another similar type of build planned for the near future.
1959scudetto Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 well, here are some of my old builds from the mid-to-late 80's: some European sports and race cars and several US classics - some cool pics, some cool cars.
rmvw guy Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Cool pictures! Love the Carney truck and the Fiat, also the last bunch is looking good all the way from Austria. Here's a couple more I dug up, just couln't decide on one.
Harry P. Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Love the carny truck! Love the first Model T pic, the second one has the modern building in the shot that clashes with the era of the T.
rmvw guy Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 I agree with Harry about the modern building. Here's another one I lke that was meant to be a mystery shot for a friend of mine. The thing that ruines it is the seam on the car cover. (Glasses cloth) Still an idea someone might wan to try.
David G. Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 David G, I'll see your '66 and raise you an '89! Yes, the other cool Batmobile. I love your light effects. I built one of those too. I need to take some better pics, without any thumbs in them. David G.
lower99 Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Love the Carney truck! @Billy: The Kustom on your last pic is nice!
robiwon Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Thanks David G. More pics of yours would be cool. Here's a few more.
Terminator-Fox Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 How bout these?? More details on the Terminator!
Guest Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 . Great photo Ron! Didn't you build this in your car on the way to your vacation?
rmvw guy Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Very creative work Steve. I like the drawing.
rmvw guy Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Great photo Ron! Didn't you build this in your car on the way to your vacation? Yeah, you saw the thread, thanks for remembering.
