Found these at Dollar General for $5 each....I thought they might have some potential for a decent load for something....It looks as though, I was right.....I was surprised at my find and, with a little work, I think these will be quite convincing; and for $5, I don't think I could go wrong....So I bought 3 of them.....

Started work on the tractors to make them look a little more realistic....I started by disassembling one of them to see what could be done....I found that if I only change the seat and the steering wheel, it would single handedly bring it to 1/25 scale....So I did this and painted the whole assembly black.....Then I painted the hydraulic cylinders silver, and built a bucket for one of them....I think it worked out pretty good....Now it's just time for some weathering and a mud bath.....I'll get to that pretty soon....For now, here's some pics....

This is what the tractors looked like unaltered and what they look like, now....

Very nice model and a great idea with the tractors! I think I will check my local DG and see if they have any. I am looking for something to put on the lowboy I just finished.
