Very, very cool! You've come a long way in a short time which means you are a good listener and learner! Keep on building and every model will be progressively better.

And always keep your builds. It's like a chronicle of your skills.

You're doing a good job.

And at 14, you still have A LOT to learn. Trust me.

Thought from a teacher (me): if you listen as well in school as well as you do here, you'll have no major difficulties in life. You'll have obstacles and challenges, to be sure, we all do, but with what you're demonstrating to us, I see no reason why you won't succeed at whatever you do.

thank you everybody! and Charlie, thank you, I put school first a modeling comes pretty close. School can be tough but it is the pathway to a great future!

Not only are you a pretty good modeler, but for a 14 year old kid, you seem to have your head screwed on pretty straight. Congratulations to your parents for raising you right, and to you for having it so together. B)

Priorities can be a hard thing to learn and at 14, might seem useless. Your statement above has me thinking you "get it" and will be a success in whatever you choose to do, including model building!

You have some nice models there and the details on the second car are outstanding, keep at it and we will be reading about you in the magazines soon!

Best advice I ever got was to "be a sponge" when someone is teaching you something. Ask questions and don't assume you already know it, if you are smart you will learn something everyday.

Thank you Harry, I strive to do my best and accomplish my goals in life.

Thank you, not to sound conceded but there is not too many kids like me who can set goals and priorities and follow through to accomplish those goals.

I have to second that. In my (former, sometimes still occasional) professional life, I saw far too many times the results of parents who didn't care and what happened, or cared too much and never let their children realize their full potential because of smothering.

The result, almost universally was the same thing- total, complete failure and a very unhappy kid.

I am in agreement with Harry, you do have your head on straight, you know your priorities, you are polite and you build a pretty good model. keep it up, cant wait to see what you are going to bring to the table next.

I agree also, Jason, what you have demonstrated here on this forum speaks volumes about your character, and I know your parents are extremely proud of you, obviously you can overcome obsticles as you showed us on the Cuda build, so put your studies first and modeling second I have enjoyed watching your progress!! ;)

Thank you everybody, my parents are very proud of how I'm turning out, I wont be truly proud of myself until I accomplish my main goal in life but that just makes me work harder and put more effort into schooling so that I can reach that goal. I'm very happy I am a part of this forum because there is so many great members who are very willing to share their knowledge and tips to help out other builders, that is what makes this forum so great!

Hey, Harry! Holy cow!

Gotta agree. Miss the calls I'd hear from Harry Carey periodically even out this way. Truly one of the great personalities of broadcast.
