This is a first here, but this ones also over on another site

Painted with Tamiya X7 Red thinned with cellelouse thinners, several light coats sanded then a final wet coat.

only problem is it take a while to fully harden. Was going to use the zero paints but numpty ordered the wrong red (metallic).

Still trying to learn this car modelling, as I've said it's a lot harder than you think to get a nice finish, this ones ok but I still have a lot to learn

Thanks for looking

Welcome to our board, Colin! Always nice to see one of my favorite race cars built and painted so nicely. For someone who says he's got a lot to learn, it looks like you're leagues ahead of most beginners.

Beautiful model. I've got a couple of these unbuilt that I picked up during my quest to collect my favorites among historic race cars. Yours looks great, very clean.

Well Colin you do have an interesting way of introducing yourself. Well done, and I think I can speak for not only myself but atleast a few others in that I'll be looking forward to your future builds.
