bbowser Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 A departure from my usual builds, I had a lot of fun with this kit. AMT kit I scored on eBay, low parts count but then so was the real one! My wife is distantly related to the Hood family from Chelsea MA so I googled some logo images, printed on regular photo paper, and glued them on with Elmers. Thanks for looking, comments welcome.
misterNNL Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Nice model T build bruce. There were literally thousands of light commercial vehicles based on the running chassis types avail through Ford dealers at that time for a few hundred dollars.Great that you were able to tie your wife's family history into it as well. Thanks for sharing this with us and for Painting everything black!
DumpyDan Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 I like this, and looks real good the way you put the photo logo on.
Aaronw Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I like this, very clean job. Now I think I need to go get some ice cream.
