John Teresi Posted July 13, 2014 Author Posted July 13, 2014 Hello………Greg,Raoul, Glenn thanks guys for the kind comments……..I really do appreciate them ………..small up-date today…….Craig the owner of the Head Hunter……..changed and added a few things on the 1:1 Head Hunter……..one of them was these heat shields……..the headers were starting to burn the sides of the painted body…….I`m glad he did……I think they look so cool……..so I made some and added them to the model……..thanks for looking.
freakshow12 Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 You are some kind of robot!!! Lol. He made these heat shields so so did I! Take me a month to make that one part that you likely just looked at the plastic and it took that form in 7 seconds lol All kidding aside, you are a true craftsman John
Davewilly Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 Very Cool John! its dead nuts to the 1:1 IMO anyway
John Teresi Posted July 15, 2014 Author Posted July 15, 2014 Hello……..thank you all so very much for the kind comments……..I really do appreciate them ……..I made a steeering wheel and column……..painted Alclad and the wheel was painted H.O.K. Orion Silver……..with copper flakes added to clear and shot over the wheel…….I also made some hood and trunk trim painted Alclad and attached……..my good friend Art laski AKA Robin………casted me some mirrors out of resin……..I painted them Alclad and attached………this build is not even close to being perfect but, "Good enough for the girls I go with"……….I`m calling the Head Hunter finshed except for a couple of small details……..I will post "Outside" finished pictures in a couple of days………thanks for looking.
