Beautiful red Porsche 356 A sunroof coupe, slightly lowered like an enthusiast would have done. Looked arrow-straight, sounded spot on. Period-correct aftermarket luggage racks, mirrors, etc.

Saw a very sharp '64 or so Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III (the older body with quad headlights) pulling out of a gas station at Lake Avenue and Green Bay Road in Wilmette; two-tone metallic gray over silver.

I've been working in NJ every day this week so I've been on the major roads like the PA Turnpike and Route 95. I've noticed a lot of antique cars being moved around on car carriers. Of course these are all going the opposite way in fast traffic so I have no photos.

The other day I saw one of those pickup truck mounted 3 car carriers on Route 95, first car was a black early 60s Mercedes SL and the other two behind this were both 4 door Jeeps. Today I saw two different shipments. One car mixed in with modern cars was about a 1940 Studebaker. Later on a carrier breezed by me with a 46-48 Chevy fastback amongst it's load.

Hershey is this weekend I think

Yes it is, a friend sent me a photo of a Citroen 2CV van in the car corral. But all these trucks were going the wrong direction! I'm a half hour west of Philly and all those trucks were headed towards NJ!

Saw a '70ish Caddy hearse all ratted out with black primer for paint and a scull and cross bones front plate. Must be that time of year I guess..

Must be the season of the.. Well you know how the song goes...;)

Saw this outside of Cincinnati, OH in Blue Ash just a few hours ago! First I've EVER seen one of these on the road------and in the rain yet! It's nice to have your iPhone handy at times like this!

Man I gotta get out more ! I don't see any of that stuff ! : )

Funny you should say that... I usually don't leave my property for days at a time when I work from home. Went nowhere at all today!

Location, location, location as they say in real estate. I work in Scottsdale and took a scenic route through Paradise Valley to go home...

I saw a Lexus driver use his turn signal on the Parkway!

All kidding aside, if you guys want to see what I see everyday, will you all get sick of it? Where I work I can snap some new stuff almost daily…. B)

Looks like an early Holden, but what's with the lack of a roof?

Maybe it was a homemade convertible at one time, or someone cut it off to use on a restoration..

Close enough ... First Holden made, the FJ. The truck hauling it is a Film ( Empire Films ) vehicle... So I suspect it's a movie prop ??
