The latest in my "classic" phase, got the Monogram kit off ebay. I'm pretty happy with it, the engine is more detailed than I expected. An iconic car that was so far ahead of it's time. Comments appreciated, thanks for looking!

That's a beauty! I love seeing the classics posted here... they just don't make cars like that anymore.

Just a little tip... shoot some Dull-Cote on that top... ;)

Thanks everyone for all the kind comments. I really need to scrutinize more before I post, I didn't notice the gap on the chrome hood trim pieces until now - I'll have to fix that! And the top is not nearly as shiny as it looks in that pic, Harry. It must be the reflection of the flash?

The '37 Cord is still (to me at least) the prettiest car ever designed. And the old Monogram Cord is still a very nice kit. And you did a great job building your's Bruce.

Thanks everyone for all the kind comments. I really need to scrutinize more before I post, I didn't notice the gap on the chrome hood trim pieces until now - I'll have to fix that! And the top is not nearly as shiny as it looks in that pic, Harry. It must be the reflection of the flash?

Are you talking about the chrome panels around the exhausts?

Yes, I can adjust them a bit to remove that gap at the front I think.
