Sport Suburban Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 This is another one of my recently finished models. This one is pretty much built right from the box. It is Revells 55 Chevrolet Bel Air Pace Car convertible. This is a very nice kit that I really enjoyed building. I only had one issue with mine. The kit decals were bad and would not stick to the body. That was a first for me they had also yellowed badly and while it was not noticeable on the red panels, it was obvious on the white sections. I found some Fred Cady decals on eBay to finish it up.
TooOld Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 That's beautiful , right out of the box the way it was meant to be ! Very , very nice job .
deuces wild Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 That looks sweeet! I have that kit and can't wait to get started on it..
Danno Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Nice, Raoul. I'd take some of the gloss off the uptop, but nice regardless.
JustAnotherBuilder Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 Looks good, I like the firestone on the white walls, nice touch
Speedfreak Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 That's beautiful Raoul, you should be proud. It's obvious you put a lot of work into the car, display it where it will be seen.
