YBlock292 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 I bought this old Matchbox/AMT-kit from 1979 a couple of weeks ago. Since the hood sank in between the front fenders when closed, i decided to glue it to the fenders to make sure it stays in place.
Ron Hamilton Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 As old as that kit is, when built properly, they sure look good, and your's fall into that catagory. Beautiful!
10thumbs Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Hi Ludwig, Beautiful Corvette. Paint is excellent, I think the interior looks especially good. It's hard to beat a 63 Stingray Coupe.
Guest Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 (edited) Well done! Edited January 12, 2015 by midnightprowler
Harry P. Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Nicely done! By the way... I assume you posted your name the German way–last name first? So you are Hans (John), right?
Sixties Sam Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Beautiful 'Vette! Looks good in silver and red. Nice work! Sam

YBlock292 Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 Thank You very much for Your positive statements to the first of my builds I presented as a new member of this model car forum. More of my builds will be coming up soon!
peekay Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Very nice! I also glue the hood (or doors) shut if that's the only way to get a good fit.
58 Impala Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Beautiful job. The 63 is in my opinion the most beautiful car ever.
