YBlock292 Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 This is a kit I built in 2014 and my very first try to achieve a "candy" color.
Guest Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 Very well done! One suggestion, plug wires should not go up quite like that. More droop would be more correct, versus the fountain look. Love the color. That is a really sweet build.
blunc Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 he might have installed the special optioned "fountain look" wires. nice build.

asfastasu Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 The overall look of this model is stunning!! Love the interior and the hubcaps, they look realistic. Did you paint them and then apply a wash?
espo Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 Outstanding detail work really paid off. Outstanding detail work really paid off.
YBlock292 Posted February 2, 2015 Author Posted February 2, 2015 Thanks to all for Your positive comments on my 63 Impala ! To answer a question concerning the hubcaps: I gave them a Little washing to achieve a more realistic (kind of stainless steel) look. Ludwig
