Nazz
I had to say goodbye to an old friend Kodi today. We spent 13 years together and I am going to miss him greatly. I will miss our walks ,dog agility and his coming in my hobby room to check on me. I know some of you have pets so I know you can appreciate how much they add to our lives. Rest in peace my friend, you will be loved and missed.
iamsuperdan
Sorry to read this. The loss of a pet is always tough. My mum recently had to say goodbye to her black lab, Isabelle. She was also 13 years old, with bad arthritis.

Lizard Racing
My sincerest condolences. The loss of a pet is the loss of a family member, human or not. One of my big guilt trips is putting down our dog over a year ago.

TonyK
Looks like a great happy dog. I'm sure you gave him a long fulfilling life so keep that thought and hopefully it will take just a little bit of the hurt away. My thoughts are with you. espo
My condolences for your lose. This is like loosing some member of the family, since they are a member. Always think of him and the good times together and all the silly things he would do that made you laugh.

Dan, sorry for your loss , I hope your black lab had a great life. George, I have been told that it is better to let them go than to let them suffer. We have one of those too . Not the size but we were not planning to have three dogs , all over 60 lbs. We found our youngest on the street and when no one came to claim her , she stayed. Now we have two.
