That kit is near and dear to me. I got to work on the project early on.  Ms Tim Flock was a neighbor and we had worked together on other projects.  I did the decal art for that kit too.  Tim and his wife were great folks.

Just like the Hudson kits from Moebius it all fit and went together great!

Beautiful work on an iconic racer, nice clean build.  Don't know if it is fact or fiction but I read somewhere the exhaust pipes were run through the trunk and out through the trunk lid in an effort to cause those cars close behind to overheat. Either way it is a good sounding story, and would have fit in with the "experimentation" during those early years.
