Lobo2me
My daughter learned to drive in this cute little VW. A dozen years later she was still grossing about selling it before moving to CO. She wanted it back but learned the next owner's brother had totaled the car. So I decapitated a Fujimi Golf Mk3 CL/GL and achieved the unique "Pinkish Lipstick Red" by shooting three coats of Testors Electric Pink and Revving Red simultaneously (a rattle can in each hand) over a black base coat. It worked and I surprised her on Christmas Edited January 10, 2022 by Lobo2me

espo
It's easy to see why she would regret selling this VW. I remember when the Cow seat covers were a thing. Great looking reproduction and hard to tell them apart in the photos. She better start saving some money and try and find one on the used market. Steve H
That’s awesome! Very nice replica of her car. I would imagine that put a big smile on your daughters face when she saw it. I love these types of builds no matter what the subject car or truck is.
