1960/66 Chevy Pickup "BIGBOY"

I had an old 60 Chevy pickup that was looking a little sad so I thought I would wake it up a little.  Not sure where I'm going with this but I'm looking for a BIG honkin engine for the business end.  Something that would stick WAY out of the engine bay.  I cut about 13/16" out of the box for a "Stubby" look.  The wheels & tires are from the AMT HOTWHEELS Monster truck.  Idea's welcome.

Going with a 4x4 drivetrain? Big Block Chevy with a GMC Super Charger and a bug catcher Injection setup. That should give you something to look around when driving.

I'm looking at modifying the Hotwheels chassis.  I have a 572 but I need a Pro Mod setup for it.

I was just on Iceman Collections site on ebay and unfortunately I won't be ordering anything.  While trying to check out I noticed I was being charged $6 for every item I had in my cart.  I was not about to pay $54 shipping + tax on 9 items that would fit in a box half the size of of a cigar box.  I'll  have to come up with something else I guess.

Thanks man.  Hemi blown engine is on the way.  I also picked up some drop axles from Iceman for my 50 Chevy pickup project coming up

Well....the 60 Chevy pickup body is no more.  I now have a 66 Chevy pickup body.  I left this body full and I cut the roll cage off the tube chassis and shortened the chassis by 3/4".  I think I have the wheelbase where I want it.
