pharoah Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Very cool! What are you painting it with? Acrylics?
bill w Posted November 15, 2014 Author Posted November 15, 2014 Carl, Andy, Bob, & John thanks for the comments. John I am using Acrylics, half is brush work and half is airbrush.
jaftygas Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 Wow just look at that! Bill you have some serious talent. P.S. I have sent a PM to you.
Jantrix Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 Holy cow! That is top notch work. If you hadn't shown it unfinished, I would have bet money it was a printed vinyl decal.
Lunajammer Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 Amazing control. Not just in application but color control. Fabulous.
Tim Pentecost Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Are you $#!TT!^& me??? Dear Lord, this is beyond awesome!! And it's in your garage? Ya know, not only am I up for adoption, but I'm house broken too. I can do windows, if that would help? Oh, wait, I'm in Arizona and you are where it gets REALLY cold. On second thought keep them pics a'rolling! Excellent work. The only thing I can draw is flies. TimP

pharoah Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 Thanks for posting that Bill! I paint, too, mostly self taught. I'll have to try painting the top of the car with the mid range value like you did. That never occurred to me to do it that way. Is it finished yet? I'd like to see the finished product.
Danno Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 (edited) Wow! {PS: You can tell people you have a Split Window 'Vette in your garage and not be telling a lie.} Edited January 24, 2015 by Danno
