MCM Ohana (6/6)

  1. I have to say, you really got this looking perfect to my eye. The stance, the undercarriage all look like a real car should and not toy like. Great job.
  2. Are the bumpers a regular product from Atomic City? Or are they randomly available?
  3. Hard to find since they quit making it. I only have titanium metallizer left. Used the last of my aluminum plate last night
  4. Got this one today. I have a penchant for oddball kits. It's a Chinese SUV made by Great Wall Motors. They do import the actual car but not to the US
  5. Not sure of the economical feasability of this but maybe some Canadian Ford and Mercury passenger car grilles. The Ford kits are plentiful and available to modify. Something like Canuck3D is doing for the Canadian GM Beaumont and Acadian cars
  6. That engine knocks it out of the park
  7. Very cool car.
  8. Just love those cars. I have a couple in primer.
  9. I love this body style Buick. The 68 to 69 was beautiful. I owned a 69 Special Deluxe (same body) and my grandfather had a Skylark Custom he bought brand new in 69. Very familiar with the car. The one thing I see from this print is the hood's character lines are going straight front to rear. They should angle slightly wider going to the rear of hood. I bought a 3D printed Skylark from Too Many Projects and it is very good.

  11. Nice custom. You must have been scared by a Tucker when you were a child. LOL
  12. Whoa!! I did not know he passed. When? I liked his builds and his unique way of writing. Loved the term "Snake fu" when speaking of mods he did.
  13. Nice job on the GTX. I guess you could reverse a scan of the dashboard and 3D print an Aussie version with a right side driver position
  14. Faster isn't a name they used in the US, LUV stood for Light Utility Vehicle and the Isuzu version was called Mikado or P'UP which stood for Pick Up
