Great looking build! Love these obscure, vintage Nascar subjects and you nailed this one! -
Is there any word out there regarding when this kit will be available to purchase?

Sure would like to see a picture or two of that "weed burner" exhaust system! -

Really like this build! I'm curious about the exhaust system on this build; does it route/dump underneath? -

This is a fantastic looking build! Do you remember what tires you used for this build? -

I'm curious; does the inner-bed floor piece have molded detail on both top and bottom? I've heard talk of swapping-in a more detailed chassis and suspension from the AMT 1950's-era Ford pickup kits but am wondering if that '60s bed floor piece might be completely smooth on its underside? -
This 67 Corvette is another example of Revell's new box art "knocking-it-outta-da-ballpark!"

At Walmart (at least one store)
'70 Grande replied to Classicgas's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Curious as I recently read some model car related Facebook posts that builders were getting some Clearance priced kits for $5.00 each at Walmart. My local store has a big "Clearance" sign on top of the available kits but they're clearance priced at $17.00 each. Should I hold-out hope that the price will eventually drop even lower? -
Great build! I'm stealing your awesome scrapbook tape interior trick!

A great looking build; well done! I have this kit in the works and am curious if you might describe some of the fit issues you encountered. -
Any updates out there regarding when this kit might be available?

Outstanding little build! Your paintwork and engine detailing looks excellent! It looks to me like those tires would easily fit on my dinner plate next to my mashed potatoes and not even hang over the plate's edges!? -
Round2/ AMT '55 Chevy Nomad Wagon Kit Coming in 2023

I am curious tho; did he glue the rear axle in upside/down!?!? -
I thought the same thing Rodent and have received numerous suggestions that the readily available 1/25 AMT/Round-2 1969 Oldsmobile 442 kit would be the best choice for putting a more detailed chassis underneath this '68 Goat; I just haven't decided if I want to make the investment needed to accomplish that.

Stunning build! I'd like to see a front and/or rear view from a low perspective to see how wide those tires are and how they fit underneath that fender-flared-body. Your paintwork and color scheme is awesome. That'd be a fun one to have in 1:1 parked inside my garage!

My theory, (for what it's worth), is that Round-2 will be producing many of these future 3D-scan/clone/renewed/restored parts reissue kits without engines, sort of a midpoint product between the more promo-like reissues, (think '64 Mercury Caliente), and the more detailed "typical" kit reissues, (think upcoming '68 Dodge Coronet convertible). The reason; a bit less $-investment and a bit less product-to-store-shelf time needed plus a study to see if the consumer's excitement over the these engine-less reissues, (that most everyone believed would never be seen again), will be strong enough to override any consumer disappointment in the lack of engine parts.

Terrific build! I have this same kit in-progress but repacked into it's box because I couldn't decide how I wanted to paint it or even pick a color that I'd be happy with. It never occurred to me to go two-tone like your build with the roof color matching the lower body panels. I'll be using different colors, but I'm stealing your two-tone scheme for my build! Thanks for the inspiration! -
That is an outstanding build and that trophy confirms it! Welcome to the forum!
