These factory Lancia Beta Montecarlos were interesting, There was an ESCI kit of the red and white one. -

Ron, here is an interesting excerpt from the story about the car. "Chevrolet is being coy and hasn’t yet acknowledged the existence of the vehicle, even though prototypes have been caught in the wild before, but it is expected to either replace the front-engine Corvette in 2020, or be positioned above it and sold under a different name. If the latter, it may be called the Zora, after famed General Motors engineer Zora Arkus-Duntov, who is known as the “Father of the Corvette.” GM has spent the past few years trademarking the Zora name for use on motor vehicles."

I have that one too. I think it's still one of the nicest plastic kits ever made. The treaded tires are beautiful. There is allot of parts in that box

Very nice job on an old, fiddly kit. Growing up I thought the J car was a very cool car. It was use to develop the Mk4 that won the 1967 Lemans.

This company is going to be the cause of allot of credit card debt. The amount of new models and the subjects are amazing. They are really nice models too.
